Strategic Goals
The strategic goals point to what the Faculty of Engineering aims to achieve in light of the analysis of its internal and external environment. Based on the strategic dimensions of the Faculty of Engineering, the following goals will be achieved within the period of this 5-year strategic plan:

- Recruit and retain outstanding faculty
- Develop world class facilities

- Encourage professional development of the faculty
- Improve administrative and technical support
- Maintain the international accreditation
- Enhance engineering programs curriculum
- Develop various, effective and efficient links with industry
- Maintain ISO 9000-2000 standards certificate
- Increase participation of graduate students in world class research
- Prepare qualified engineers to meet job market needs
- Enhance the college position world wide
